Who We Are

The y9998 Story

y9998 was built with a single clear purpose: to give Pakistani players access to a genuinely world-class online casino and sports betting experience — one that does not require currency conversions, struggles with foreign payment gateways, or forces you to navigate a platform designed for a completely different market. From day one, y9998 was designed specifically for Pakistan, in English, with PKR accounts, local payment methods, and customer support staffed by people who understand the Pakistani gaming context.

The platform launched with a focused catalogue and has grown steadily into one of the most complete online gaming destinations available to Pakistani players today. The y9998 library now covers over 500 certified casino games — from classic three-reel slots and video slots with Megaways mechanics, to RNG-based Blackjack, Baccarat, and Roulette tables. Alongside the casino lobby sits a full live dealer section with HD-streamed tables hosted by professional croupiers, and a comprehensive sportsbook covering PSL, international cricket, football, UFC, kabaddi, and more.

What sets y9998 apart in the Pakistani market is not just the breadth of the game catalogue — it is the infrastructure built around the Pakistani player's actual daily reality. JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits that reflect in seconds. HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank transfers supported natively. A cashier that thinks in PKR rather than forcing mental arithmetic to convert from USD or EUR. English-language customer support available around the clock via live chat — not a bot, not a templated FAQ redirect, but actual assistance.

The y9998 platform operates under international online gaming licensing standards, providing the regulatory framework that underpins fair game outcomes, secure player fund handling, and responsible gaming enforcement. Every game in the y9998 catalogue is sourced from certified providers whose RNG (Random Number Generator) outcomes are independently audited — meaning the results you see are genuinely random, not weighted against you.

Whether you are a long-time online casino player who has been managing on platforms built for European or Southeast Asian markets, or a newer player exploring what online gaming in Pakistan actually looks like when done properly, y9998 was built to be the answer. Diamond-class gaming. Built for Pakistan. Available right now.

y9998 enforces a strict 21 years and older policy across all account types. We are committed to responsible gaming — every y9998 account includes deposit limits, session reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion tools. Visit our Responsible Gaming page to learn more.

Mission & Values

What Drives y9998 Forward

Every decision at y9998 is guided by a set of core commitments — to Pakistani players, to fair gaming, to platform quality, and to responsible play. These are not marketing slogans; they are the principles that shape how the platform is built and run.

Pakistan First

y9998 was designed specifically for Pakistani players — not adapted from a template built for another market. PKR accounts, local payment channels, and English-language support reflect Pakistan's reality, not an afterthought localisation layer.

Certified Fair Play

Every game in the y9998 catalogue is sourced from providers whose RNG mechanics are independently certified. Fair outcomes are not a promise — they are a structural requirement enforced at the provider level before a game ever reaches our lobby.

Player Security

SSL/TLS encryption, hashed password storage, optional two-factor authentication, and 24/7 session monitoring are all standard at y9998 — not premium add-ons. Your account security is our baseline responsibility, not an optional feature.

Responsible Gaming

y9998 takes responsible gaming seriously. Every account includes access to deposit limits, loss limits, session time controls, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. We enforce the 21+ age requirement with genuine verification — not a checkbox.

Diamond-Class Experience

The y9998 standard is set high — from the quality of games in our lobby to the speed of our cashier and the response time of our support team. We use the word "diamond-class" deliberately: it is a standard we hold ourselves to across every player interaction.

Continuous Improvement

y9998 is not a static platform. New games, new payment integrations, new responsible gaming tools, and new promotions are added regularly based on feedback from Pakistani players. The platform you use today will be better tomorrow.

Our Principles

The Values Behind Every y9998 Decision

These six principles are the operational backbone of y9998. They guide everything from how we select game providers to how we handle a support ticket at 3am from a player in Lahore.

Transparency

Clear terms, honest bonus conditions, and straightforward withdrawal processes — no hidden clauses buried in small print.

Integrity

We do not manipulate odds, alter game outcomes, or delay legitimate withdrawals. Player funds are held separately and protected.

Community

y9998 is built around Pakistani players — their preferred sports, local payment habits, and English-language communication preferences.

Speed

Instant JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits, fast page loads on 4G connections, and prompt support responses are non-negotiables at y9998.

Quality

Only certified, independently audited games make it into the y9998 lobby. Provider reputation and game quality are evaluated before every addition.

Accountability

When something goes wrong, y9998 owns it and fixes it. Our support team has the authority to resolve issues, not just escalate them indefinitely.

Technical Standards

How y9998 Is Built and Maintained

The y9998 platform is engineered for reliability, speed, and security — with particular attention to the network conditions and device types most common among Pakistani players.

A
Mobile-First Responsive Design

The entire y9998 platform — casino lobby, live tables, sportsbook, cashier, and account settings — is fully responsive and tested specifically on Android and iOS devices commonly used across Pakistan.

B
Optimised for Pakistani 4G Connections

Page weight, asset loading, and streaming quality are tuned with Pakistani mobile data connection speeds in mind. Live dealer streams and game loading times are optimised to perform reliably on standard 4G networks.

C
No Download Required

y9998 runs entirely in-browser — Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge on both desktop and mobile. There is no app to install, no storage impact on your device, and no version update prompts interrupting your session.

D
Independent Game Auditing

All RNG-based games in the y9998 catalogue are sourced from providers with active independent certifications confirming fair and unbiased game outcomes. Certification documentation is available from the respective providers on request.

E
Regular Security Reviews

The y9998 platform undergoes regular security assessments. SSL/TLS protocols, authentication systems, and data handling processes are reviewed and updated in line with current industry standards to maintain the highest level of player account protection.

Our Commitments

y9998's Commitments to Pakistani Players

24/7 Live Support in English

There is always a real y9998 support agent available via live chat — at 11pm on a Tuesday during a PSL match, or at 6am on a Sunday morning. English-language support is not a business-hours feature at y9998; it is always on.

Instant PKR Deposits

JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits reflect in your y9998 balance within seconds of the transaction being confirmed on your mobile wallet. We do not hold deposits pending manual review for standard amounts through these channels.

Fair Game Outcomes

Every RNG-based game in the y9998 lobby is sourced from providers with current independent certification. You are playing against certified random outcomes — not a house algorithm designed to drain your balance faster than the published RTP suggests.

Clear Bonus Terms

y9998 bonus offers are published with complete, plain-English terms — including wagering requirements, eligible games, expiry periods, and maximum withdrawal amounts — before you opt in. No surprises at withdrawal time.

Responsible Gaming Tools

Every y9998 account includes deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options that take effect without delays when requested. We actively encourage their use and never penalise players for using them.

Strict 21+ Enforcement

The minimum age to play at y9998 is 21 years old — full stop. Age verification is part of the registration process and may be requested again at withdrawal. Accounts confirmed to belong to players under 21 are closed immediately, with any balance held in accordance with responsible gaming policy.
